Ingredients and items you will need:
8 oz. foaming hand soap bottle (I love to re-use Thieves foaming hand soap bottles or others that I already have)
2 tbsp liquid castile soap (I use Dr. Bronner's and you can find on Amazon or at Marlene's in Federal Way)
2 tsp vegetable glycerin (can find on Amazon)
10-20 drops your choice of essential oils (we recommend Young Living because of their quality and Seed to Seal guarantee - purchase here www.ufloat.org/essential-oils.html)
Add the liquid castile soap, vegetable glycerin and essential oil of your choice to the foaming hand soap bottle. Fill the bottle with purified water. Shake gently.
Suggestions: Lemon, lavender, Purification, rosemary, Thieves orange and Peace and Calming would all be great oils to use. Have fun!
Mosquitoes are out in full force already this year! They LOVE me and seek me out even inside the house WHILE wearing long pants. It's ridiculous. I really hate the idea of spraying toxic chemicals all over and try to stay away from commercial bug sprays. I decided to research and make my own using non-toxic ingredients. Here is a great recipe from wellnessmama.com:
